If orders are placed before 1.00pm Mon - Fri, parcels will go out same day, if placed after 1.00pm Mon - Fri parcels will be posted the next day. Parcels are sent Via Australia Post, tracking is included and all care is given to ensure the products are packed to limit damage if any. Claims for damaged items must be documented and images taken and referred to Australia Post for recovery of funds.
