Designed to work with our Create-An-Album Covers or other flat, hard surface. Add a strip of the adhesive that is included to the flat base of the binder mechanism so that it does not cover the side that swivels. Secure to the base of an album cover or other hard surface. Open rings by gently pinching the two sides together. The distance between the two rings is 2.75 inches (binder punch sold separately). 2 sets per pack. Imported.
