If orders are placed before 11.00am Mon - Fri AEST, parcels will go out same business day, if placed after 11.00am AEST, Mon - Fri parcels will be posted the next business day. Parcels are sent Via Australia Post, tracking is included and all care is given to ensure the products are packed to limit damage if any. Claims for damaged items must be documented and images taken and referred to Australia Post for recovery of funds.

As of 16-12-2025 Scrapbook Affair only ships to our domestic area via Australia Post and New Zealand. We have made the decision to only ship internationally to New Zealand and concentrate on our local customers.
